We help you book the venues which are hard to book like Kokedera temple in Kyoto where you need to exchange physical letters to reserve, a hotel/inn/minshuku (a family run B&B)/ryokan which has no website, for this, we need the time charge (depending on the difficulty and always non-refundable) and full deposit based on the cancellation policy of each venue.
