Enter the Spotlight: Launch Your Entertainment Career in Japan or China
Actors, singers, dancers, models, YouTubers, TikTokers, influencers — welcome!
Have you ever dreamed of acting in an Asian drama, performing on a Tokyo stage, modeling for a luxury brand in Shanghai, or becoming a social media icon with a global audience?
Our international entertainment talent agency specializes in helping non-Japanese and non-Chinese individuals break into the Japanese and Chinese entertainment markets. Whether your dream is to become a singer, actor, fashion model, TV personality, live streamer, or digital content creator — we offer you the tools, guidance, and network to succeed.
We are not a mass recruitment agency. We work closely with each talent we accept, tailoring strategies based on individual goals and market potential. If you are motivated and serious about entering Asia's entertainment industry, you will find a reliable long-term partner in us.
Who We Welcome
We are actively looking for:
Aspiring or professional actors, dancers, singers, musicians, and voice talents
Fashion models and print models (any gender, all sizes and looks)
TV personalities, commentators, cultural ambassadors
Content creators and digital influencers (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagrammers, Twitch streamers, etc.)
Even if you have no prior experience in Asia, that’s okay — as long as you are serious, adaptable, and ready to work toward long-term goals.
Why Japan or China?
Both Japan and China have massive entertainment markets with unique benefits and challenges. Here’s a side-by-side view:
Japan: Culture, Prestige, and Steady Growth
Pros:
Unique artistic culture (J-pop, anime, drama, variety TV, traditional arts)
Loyal fanbases and long-lasting popularity for serious talents
Strong demand for non-Japanese talents in modeling, TV, and music
Work environment rooted in structure, courtesy, and respect
Cons:
High language expectations (Japanese fluency is often needed in speaking roles)
Slower career progression, but more stable long-term
Less spontaneous, more formal industry culture
China: Speed, Scale, and Spotlight
Pros:
Huge media industry with fast turnover and massive exposure
High demand for unique and international faces on streaming, reality shows, and dramas
Strong monetization potential for influencers and digital content creators
Many platforms (Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili) support global-style content
Cons:
High competition and a fast-paced, ever-changing market
Mandarin often required for roles; visa and legal structures can be complex
Social media laws and cultural trends shift quickly — adaptability is key
