Through both online and in-person engagement, the event utilizes the Meet-up Box, a digital networking platform with approximately 1,000 registered companies, to amplify business opportunities in the mobility industry.

• Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, West Exhibition Hall (Tentative)
• Booth Availability: 100–150 booths
• Booth Size: 3m × 3m (9m²) per company (subject to change for universities and research institutions)
• Participation Fee: JPY 330,000 – 385,000 (including tax)

Pitch Contest Categories & Selection Process

1. Seed/Early-Stage Category
   • Eligible for businesses with an established idea but yet to be monetized or recently launched startups.
2. Middle/Later-Stage Category
   • Open to companies that have achieved monthly profitability and are on a growth trajectory.

• Finalists: 30 companies (double the number from 2023)
• Prizes: Large-scale cash prizes (amount TBD), investment and PR support, and access to corporate resources.
